Hart Sport Movement Dice Motor Skills Activity

Hart Sports Dice set is a novel way of encouraging physical movement for children. Roll one dice to decide the activity to be performed and the other dice to determine how many repetitions are to be completed.

Exercises include; jumping jacks, push ups, toe touch, arm circles, sit ups, hopping.

Repetitions: 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12.
