The warehouse assistant is accountable for performing the requirements of the daily operations of the OT Store warehouse.

The position is based in Gladesville. The position will report directly to the co-owners.

Key duties will involve, but not limited to;

• Picking and packing orders of learning resources for customers
• Maintaining upkeep in the warehouse, including a clean, safe and well stocked warehouse
• Replenish stock items on shelves
• Dispatch orders
• Receiving incoming inventory
• Inventory stock take
• Reporting of any potential warehouse hazards
• Regular communication with co-owners
• Communication with courier drivers
• Use of a pallet jack or forklift ?? to aid in moving stock

• Be physically capable and fit to be on your feet, packing and moving stock for several consecutive hours
• Have good attention to detail
• Have great communication skills, to liaise with colleagues, stockists and couriers.
• Have availability at least 3 mornings per week. Hours can be negotiated.
• Have technical skills working e-commence systems
• Pleasant and helpful demeanour
• Willingness to work independently in the warehouse at tines

Knowledge or interest in child development or Paediatric Occupational Therapy
Experience working in a warehouse environment
